How the OMP works:

Knowing yourself
Understanding who you are, why you function the way you do, how this impacts those around you and how you can manage and focus you’re yourself to bring out your best and the best in others.
Understanding others
Learning how to understand others, why they function the way they do, what is important to them, influences them, motivates and de-motivates them
Knowing how to combine the best of both to build outstanding employees
As a manager your first and most important role is developing your people. This is done by your understanding them, knowing and using the right tools, processes and practices to align their goals and interests with the needs of the organization and create an environment where they will engage and thrive along with the business.
We start by meeting with you to understand your concerns, opportunities, goals and expectations for the outcome of our process. We then interview your candidate and come back to you with an outline of how our program would best be applied to your candidate and, what our expectations of you will be.
The Outstanding Manager program is typically a six month process that includes but is not limited to:
– The use and/or application of personality profiles, emotional intelligence tools
– Interviews of the manager/executive and others in their nucleus
– Creating a development process plan
– Regular one-on-one coaching and development meetings between the participant and coach
– Self-management, performance management and employee engagement tools, processes, systems and practices as applicable
– A follow-up performance assessment and plan for ongoing personal development

- Gallup research, concepts and tools (employee engagement, etc.)
