25 years of experience as a naval officer,CEO, leader and advisor has taught Will that the only way for any organization or business to reach and sustain the highest peak of performance is through a highly motivated, fully engaged workforce.  Five fundamentals are necessary to make this happen. This is what Moore Performance Group brings to CEOs and leaders. Based in Portland, Oregon, the Moore Performance Group is led by Will Moore, the company’s principal. With more than two decades of success starting, building, restructuring and leading organizations, Will has built his reputation by helping others develop the leadership and management skills and processes necessary to optimize performance and success.

Will has held ownership, CEO, senior management and advisor positions in a range of industries, including; manufacturing, wholesale food distribution, agri-business, commercial real estate, finance, commercial services and education. He has also held significant leadership roles with the US Navy.
